Ownership and Management

The Journal of Business and Behavioural Entrepreneurship (JOBBE) is owned and published by Universitas Negeri Jakarta (UNJ), Indonesia, through the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Negeri Jakarta (FEB UNJ).

JOBBE is an academic electronic journal dedicated to publishing original research articles, review articles, and novel technology-related articles in management, business, and behavioural entrepreneurship.

The journal is managed by an editorial team responsible for its academic quality, editorial policies, peer-review process, and publication decisions. The Editor-in-Chief has authority over editorial decisions, which are made independently on academic grounds, including originality, scholarly quality, relevance to the journal's scope, and compliance with publication ethics.

The publisher does not intervene in individual editorial decisions. Editorial decisions are not influenced by commercial interests, institutional preferences, or other external considerations. Manuscripts submitted by editors or members of the editorial team are handled independently to prevent conflicts of interest and preserve the integrity of the review process.
