Abstract

This research aims to analyze the challenges and obstacles in the implementation of distance learning for Office Administration Education students at Universitas Negeri Jakarta (UNJ). The shift from face-to-face learning to distance learning during the COVID-19 pandemic transformed the educational system, presenting various challenges, especially in terms of technology, infrastructure readiness, and student motivation. In the context of Office Administration Education, there are specific challenges that require adjustments in teaching methods to meet the practical requirements of this field. This research employs a qualitative approach to collect data through interviews, observations, and questionnaires distributed to Office Administration Education students. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, focusing on students actively participating in distance learning within the relevant study program.
