Abstrak

This research is driven by the global need for a skilled workforce ready to compete in the international market. The research used a qualitative approach with a case study design in a (SMK) partnering with foreign industry. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with the principal and key teachers, then analyzed using the narrative analysis model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña. The results indicate that the successful internationalization of vocational high school graduates is supported by the visionary leadership of the principal, synergistic support between the school, parents, and industry, and the integration of a global curriculum that aligns with the demands of the international workplace. Inhibiting factors identified included limited foreign language proficiency, psychological preparedness of students and parents, and minimal structural support from local governments.
