Vol. 9 No. 2 (2025): Hayula: Indonesian Journal of Multidisciplinary Islamic Studies

The articles in this issue explore a broad spectrum of contemporary Islamic studies, addressing Islamic thought and practice within diverse social, educational, cultural, and historical contexts. The published studies examine topics such as the adaptation of Islamic law during global crises, the integration of madrasah diniyah into formal education systems, the contribution of Islamic mass organizations to local religious history, traditional Islamic practices in Bima, the cultivation of character education values, digital da'wah, and a critical reassessment of Azyumardi Azra’s perspectives on Islamic identity in the era of globalization.

In this issue, Hayula: Indonesian Journal of Multidisciplinary Islamic Studies publishes seven research-based articles contributed by scholars from various academic institutions in Indonesia and abroad, reflecting the diversity of scholarly perspectives and the international relevance of contemporary Islamic studies. The articles collectively offer multidisciplinary insights into Islamic law, education, history, culture, digital religion, and socio-religious transformation. We continue to welcome high-quality research articles written in English and Arabic while actively encouraging greater submissions in English to further strengthen the journal’s international visibility and scholarly engagement.
