Integrasi Nilai-Nilai Profetik dalam Manajemen Program Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini

Abstrak

This study examines how prophetic values; humanization, liberation, and transcendence, are integrated into the management of early childhood education programs through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) complemented by bibliometric analysis. Literature research was conducted using Google Scholar with the assistance of Publish or Perish, covering publications from 2000 to 2025; retrieved records were screened and appraised in accordance with the PRISMA 2020 protocol. Bibliometric mapping with VOSviewer revealed four principal thematic clusters: character education, religiosity, family involvement, and cultural diversity, and an observable temporal shift from basic moral concerns toward religiosity, tolerance, and multiculturalism. Thematic synthesis identified three recurrent patterns of prophetic-value integration: (1) transcendence enacted via religious habituation and spiritual reinforcement; (2) humanization realized through pedagogical relationships that uphold children’s dignity; and (3) liberation manifested in inclusive and multicultural practices. Based on these findings, a conceptual model is proposed that situates prophetic values as the philosophical foundation for core managerial functions; planning, organizing, implementation, and evaluation, within early childhood institutions. The study concludes that prophetic values are pertinent to holistic character development and to the sustainable management of early childhood education, and it recommends strengthening value-based curricula, enhancing teacher professional development, and advancing holistic instruments for character assessment.
