Kepuasan Kerja dalam Organizational Citizenship Behavior

This study aims to determine Job Satisfaction in Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method by searching article data through Google Scholar. The data and data sources collected in the study came from secondary data of 20 journal articles obtained through electronic databases using inclusion and exclusion criteria in the article screening process for data accuracy. The results of the study indicate that Job Satisfaction has a positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Satisfied teachers tend to engage in voluntary behavior that benefits the school and their colleagues. Increased Organizational Citizenship Behavior resulting from higher job satisfaction can help improve the effectiveness and productivity of the organization as a whole.
