All articles in JSQ are published open access under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).

1. Copyright

Authors retain the copyright of their work without restriction and grant JSQ the right of first publication. Authors also keep their publishing rights without restriction.

2. What Readers May Do

Under CC BY 4.0, anyone may:

  • Share: Copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format.
  • Adapt: Remix, transform, and build upon the material for any purpose, including commercially.

Condition: Users must give appropriate credit to the authors and to JSQ as the original publisher, provide a link to the license, and indicate if changes were made. These freedoms cannot be revoked as long as the license terms are followed.

3. Authors' Rights

  • Authors may enter into separate, non-exclusive arrangements to distribute the published version, such as in an institutional repository or a book, with acknowledgement of its first publication in JSQ.
  • Authors are encouraged to share their work online (e.g., in repositories or on personal websites) before and during the submission process, and after publication with a link to the article's DOI.

Open Access Commitment

JSQ believes that free access is better than priced access, and open reuse under CC BY is better than more restrictive licenses. See also the Open Access Policy.
