Abstract

The purpose of this article is knowing how much evaluation about the implementation of spritual mental guidance of Islam in improving work ethic of     TNI AD  members in Korem 052 Tangerang. The spiritual mental  guidance of Islam is an activity that do by each military headquarters that aims to increase the value of Islam into an TNI AD. However, Military Resort Command (Korem) 052 Tangerang is the largest headquarter that shades several Koramil located in Tangerang, North Jakarta and West Jakarta. The approach in this research using descriptive qualitative approach with the respondents are the bintal management (mental guidance) and some members of Korem 052 who are muslim. This research obtains some important points about evaluation of the implementation of spritual mental guidance of Islam in improving work ethic.

Abstrak 

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar evaluasi pelaksanaan bimbingan mental kerohanian Islam dalam meningkatkan etos kerja anggota TNI AD di Korem 052 Tangerang. Bimbingan mental kerohanian Islam adalah kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh tiap markas militer yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan nilai nilai Islam kedalam diri seorang prajurit TNI AD. Sedangan Komando Resort Militer (Korem) 052 Tangerang adalah markas Terbesar yang menaungi beberapa koramil yang berada di Tangerang, Jakarta Utara dan Jakarta Barat. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan responden adalah para pengurus bintal (bimbingan mental) dan beberapa anggota Korem 052 yang beragama Islam. Penelitian ini menghasilkan beberapa poin penting mengenai evaluasi pelaksanaan bimbingan mental kerohanian Islam dalam peningkatan Etos Kerja.
