SUMMARY. Saputro and Golwa, in their paper, developed a blade generator system for generating electrical energy from wasted wind in AC condensers. In their paper, Sopiyan et al. conducted hard-facing using the SMAW process and added titanium to the weld layer to increase hardness and corrosion resistance. Anggraini et al., in their paper, conducted research to obtain the productive percentage and operator workload level on the SVC93E20PBE compressor assembly line for the R600A refrigerator unit. Sugiyanto et al., in their paper, conducted research to determine the effect of temperature and pressure on the thickness and shrinkage of 30 ml bottle molds. Maulidah et al., in their paper, compared the resistance of the BCM-3 ship with a conventional hull and the BCM-4 ship with a bulbous bow hull. Chandra et al., in their paper, manufactured Mg2Si-based thermoelectric materials with bismuth doping using a solid-state reaction method using a powder technique in a sealed tube. Setiawan, et al., in their paper, conducted a simulation analysis and fabrication of the frame to obtain the design of the frame and power for electric motorcycle applications. Juwardi, et al., in their paper, determined the standard time and productivity in the glass cleaning work of building X using the stopwatch time study method.
SUMMARY. Rohmatin et al., in their paper, discuss forklift performance analysis, where this paper aims to find out whether forklift performance is still within the standards set by using the overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) method. Syaefudin et al., in their paper, analyze the calculation of the control and power design of portable Senai tools to get the appropriate power requirements in the field. Syaka et al., in their paper, conducted an experimental study of the performance of an air compression engine with modified centric gear on 4-stroke internal combustion, which was changed to 2-stroke by modifying the centric gear ratio from 2:1 to 1:1. Syamsuir, in their paper, carried out the electroplating process of copper and nickel to know the effect of the layer formed on Ms 7210 low carbon steel on the corrosion rate. Susetyo et al., in their paper, discuss the design and testing of cutting support devices with a rectifier rail system for plasma cutting operations. Fikri et al., in their paper, conducted research in the field of welding to know the effect of current strength on penetration depth, welding width, and hardness in the heat-affected zone (HAZ) of ST-37 steel. Wulandari and Dhiyaulhaq, in their paper, reviewed articles with a discussion on the use of exhaust heat from several transportation methods to cool cabins or products through conceptual research by reviewing related literature. Hartono et al., in their paper, designed a rice planter using the jajar legowo system, which has an optimal axle and finned wheel design.
SUMMARY. Sari et al., in their paper, discusses the hardness and corrosion resistance of hard facings on the surface of carbon steel. This paper aims to analyze the effect of hard facing and heat treatment on low carbon steels on increasing hardness and corrosion resistance. Tyassmadi et al., in their paper, examines the relationship between the implementation of tune-up standard operating procedure of motorcycle to the performance of mechanics in a workshop in Jakarta to know the contribution of the implementation of tune-up standard operating procedure of motorcycle to the performance of mechanics. Susetyo et al., in their paper, conducted a maintenance analysis on the critical components of the degreaser engine at PT X to determine the level of reliability of the main machine. SUMMARY. Susetyo, et al., in their paper, analyzed the effect of polarity and cooling medium on the surface hardness value of low carbon steel hard facing. Sopiyan and Syamsuir, in their paper, carried out the hard-facing process using the SMAW type, with DC+ polarity, 130A current, and 350 HV electrodes and then heat treatment. SUMMARY. Hidayat and Nofendri, in their paper, discuss the selection of the best angle of attack for the NACA 0013 airfoil wing when taking off using fluent Ansys. Setyawan, et al., in their paper, conducted an initial design for the development of a military striped fabric with a bush motif. Ramadan and Cappenberg, in their paper, analyzed the performance testing of refrigerant R-22 which was carried out in actual simulation using Genetron Properties software. Susetyo, et al., in their paper, analyze the effect of PWHT on the mechanical properties of low carbon steels regarding tensile strength and hardness values. Yoga and Putri, in their paper, analyzed the effect of variations in the length and diameter of the capillary tube on the performance of the AC cooling system. Sukarno, in his paper, uses condensate water for pre-cooling or pre-cooling in the condenser and sees how it affects the performance of air conditioning in the form of coefficient of performance (COP). Syaripuddin, in his paper, did welding of 4-inch Sch pipes. 40 with a variation of the current to determine the tensile strength. Sumardiyanto and Susilowati, in their paper, discuss the effect of the condition/quality of rinse air produced by the turbocharger on the engine performance of the diesel engine driving the ship, HORTEN – SULZER Model 6RND76 above MT. Dwiyati and Widyarma, in their paper, analyzed the results of adding carbon to the results of testing the braking variables and material characteristics on the brake linings of wood powder composite.
SUMMARY. Chandra and Prawoto, in their paper, designed a modeling hybrid vehicle with a series-parallel configuration using Matlab/Simulink software. Heriana, in her paper, examines the concept of a four-wheeled rural vehicle with a capacity of five people and more than 500 kg of goods, which is also a milestone in the change in rural transportation in Indonesia. Sukarno, in his paper, discusses the construction of a thermoelectric generator (TEG) that can convert energy from the heat of motorcycle exhaust gases into electrical energy and sees how much electrical power can be generated at variations in engine rotation speed. Harini, in her paper, designed a firefighting system (external firefighting) for firefighters. Setyadi, in his paper, analyzes the characteristics of the spread of fire when a fire occurs based on the FDS (fire dynamics simulator) method in the motorcycle parking lot of campus A, State University of Jakarta.
SUMMARY. Syaka, et al., in their paper converts a 2-stroke combustion engine into a machine with a compressed air propulsion source without any combustion process. Hakim, et al., in their paper, examines the need for safety belts for four-wheeled four-passenger vehicles for the campus environment. Wardoyo, in his paper, conducted research on the characteristics of a thermoelectric power plant through heat from a 150 cc sport exhaust with a-shaped coolant fin slots. Syafrizal, in his paper, analyzed the corrosion of low carbon steel pipe ASTM A 135 on a diesel engine at a PT. X. Kholil, et al. In their paper discusses the manufacture of a prototype bike lift with a vertical screw system with a maximum load capacity of 200 kg motorcycle. Refiadi, in his paper witnessing the CNC Turning process through documentation of raw materials, process plans, types of machines, machining processes, quality control, and running waste management processes for 16 samples of metal-based products in the form of solid shafts. Sukmara, et al., in their paper, examines a concept of a four-wheeled electric vehicle with a capacity of four people, which is also a milestone in the change toward a green Indonesia through environmentally-friendly vehicles. Sugita and Iskandar, in their paper, analyze the maximum temperature that can be achieved by using cheap, strong, and easy-to-make materials for portable solar water heaters.

Sari, in her paper, conducted an initial study on the manufacture of copper powder with an amorphous structure by reacting a solution of copper (II) sulfate (CuSO4) with zinc metal (Zn) at a relatively high temperature and agitation speed. Premono, et al., in their paper, conducted a numerical study by optimizing the location of the gate and the temperature of the mold on the defects of the outer shell helmet product.
SUMMARY. Susetyo, et al., in their paper, discusses welding using V and X bevel. The current variations used are 140, 150, 160, and 170 A with DC+ polarity. This study aimed to determine the effect of seam shape on defects and tensile strength of low carbon steel material from SMAW welding with AWS E 7018 electrodes. SUMMARY. Susetyo, in his paper, conducted a study on the characteristics of XYZ rust remover waste. This is done to determine the waste composition and whether it needs special handling or can be directly disposed of in nature. Susilowati, in her paper, analyzed the compressors at KM Gunung Dempo. The purpose of this research is to determine the compressor's performance by theoretically calculating the existing data, then a comparison is made with the real results in the field. Sari and Dwiyati, in their paper, examine the corrosion of H2S and CO2 on static equipment in the oil and gas industry. Rahmanto, in his paper, conducted an analysis of human comfort in a solar liquid desiccant cooling system using a counter flow configuration. Sukmara, in his paper, compares two piston rings, namely the original piston ring and the local piston ring on the Daihatsu S-38 car. Kholil, et al., in their paper, analyzed the vibration characteristics of the swing arm structure made of carbon steel on a motorcycle with a twin-shock type of suspension using finite elements and experimental methods. Cappenberg, in his paper, conducted a performance study of the Daihatsu Gran Max 1300 engine that uses premium and gas fuel (BBG). Dwiyati, in her paper, conducted a study on sugarcane fiber waste as reinforcement in polymer composites with a polyester matrix. This study aimed to determine the value of tensile strength, stiffness, and toughness of sugarcane/polyester fiber composites and to see the effect of fiber volume fraction on mechanical properties.
SUMMARY. Basori, in his paper, analyzed the tensile strength of Bj 44 construction steel in the SMAW welding process with variations in welding current. This research aims to know the effect of current strength on tensile strength of Bj 44 construction steel in the SMAW welding process using a single V seam with E6013 electrode at DC+ polarity with currents of 100 A, 110 A, 120 A, and 130 A. Wulandari and Sriadi, in their paper, analyzed the effect of blade angle on fan performance in an axial low-speed wind tunnel. This research aims to examine the effect of blade angle on the performance of a low-speed wind tunnel axial fan using computational methods. Kholil, et al., in their paper, analyzed the effect of injecting misted water into the combustion chamber through the inlet to reduce the symptoms of knocking or detonation as well as symptoms that occur in the engine when water injection is carried out. Basori and Rudianto, in their paper, analyzed the frame construction of a pump testing tool using the CATIA V5 program. The purpose of this research is to determine the level of feasibility of the framework of the pump testing tool. Syaripuddin, et al., in their paper, analyzed the effect of the type of weld seam on the tensile strength of low alloy steel (ASTM A36) using SMAW welding. The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of the type of weld on the tensile strength of ASTM A36 Steel plate in SMAW welding using Single V and U seams with E7018 electrodes with a diameter of 3.2 mm at DC + polarity with currents of 100 A, 110 A, 120 A, and 130 A. Dwiyati and Kholil, in their paper, made briquettes using water hyacinth as raw materials and HDPE plastic waste which has a high calorific value. Rumendi and Hermawan, in their paper, analyzed the surface hardening and microstructure of AISI 1045 steel through the nitriding process using urea media. Nitridation aims to harden the steel surface to improve chemical and mechanical properties. Syaefudin, in his paper, designed a simple hydraulic-driven backhoe excavator.
SUMMARY. Kholil, in his paper, analyzed the dynamics of the structure carried out on the swing arm to know the structural characteristics of the motorcycle swing arm in a mono-shock suspension system. Setyawan and Sardjadi, in their paper, discuss the improvement of aerofoil aerodynamic performance by using a zap flap. Syaefudin and Basori, in their paper, design the alloy wheels of hybrid motorcycles and test load distribution using Autodesk Inventor software. Susetyo, et al., in their paper conducted a T-joint with the SMAW process at various currents of 90 A, 100 A, 110A, 120 A, and 130A to know the most effective current and how it affects the microstructure area and welding defects.
