This study aims to systematically synthesize empirical and conceptual evidence on the integration of coaching in fostering a learning-oriented leadership culture. The review addresses a gap in existing literature that largely conceptualizes coaching as an individual development practice, with limited attention to its organizational and cultural functions. A Systematic Literature Review (SLR) design was employed, drawing on peer-reviewed journal articles published between 2015 and 2025 from the Scopus and Emerald Insight databases. The selection process followed PRISMA guidelines and resulted in 15 articles that met the inclusion criteria. Data were analyzed using thematic synthesis to identify recurring patterns and mechanisms of coaching integration. The findings highlight three dominant roles of coaching: as a mechanism for reflective dialogue, as a means of internalizing a learning culture, and as an institutional instrument embedded within organizational systems. The results further indicate a shift in leadership roles toward facilitating organizational learning. Nevertheless, the effectiveness of coaching is strongly influenced by organizational context. Future research should adopt longitudinal and empirical intervention approaches to strengthen causal understanding.
